Join our team as an Installation Scheduler to support our team on a fixed-term basis covering a period of maternity leave. In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate reactive and planned installation work. Your mission will be to efficiently schedule appointments that meet our customers' needs while optimizing available resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with both new and existing customers to schedule suitable appointment dates
- Serve as the primary support and point of contact for field-based Sales Representatives and Installers
- Schedule reactive and planned tasks efficiently, considering location, skills, and response times
- Optimize diaries for maximum productivity, remaining flexible to changing priorities
- Follow up on incomplete jobs and reallocate them according to service level agreements
- Identify upselling opportunities proactively
- Contribute to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction scores
- Build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders, customers, installers, and third parties
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong keyboard skills and experience with CRM software (Salesforce advantageous)
- Experience in a scheduling role is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
- Manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently
- Ability to provide clear, detailed information and advice positively
- Positive attitude, professionalism, openness to feedback, and adaptability
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
