We are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent routine and periodic cleaning services for a Mitie customer. The role requires ensuring high standards of contract service delivery, meeting all SLA agreements, and adhering to cleaning schedules.

The ideal candidate will help maintain the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to improve further. Building positive and productive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and striving to exceed expectations are essential. All employees must adhere to Mitie’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.

You should be capable of working independently when appropriate. Reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are crucial. While prior cleaning experience is preferred, training can be provided. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used by Mitie is desirable.
