Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with 15+ years in IT, specializing in large-scale ERP implementations, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Field Service. This is a key leadership role overseeing the migration from legacy systems to modern SaaS-based solutions while ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business transformation.

The Role:

1. Lead end-to-end ERP implementation programs, managing scope, timelines, cost, and quality
2. Drive Agile and fixed-price project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and risk mitigation
3. Oversee cutover planning, rollback strategies, business continuity (BCP), and major Go-Lives
4. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels, including steering committees
5. Implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms for tracking project performance
6. Spearhead organizational change management to drive adoption and transformation.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Proven experience in leading large ERP transformations, ideally with Microsoft D365 Business Central & Field Service
2. Strong background in Agile delivery & fixed-price project management
3. Expertise in risk and issue management, governance, and compliance
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP) and project planning tools
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
6. Hands-on experience in business process optimization and change management.
