Programme Manager – ERP Implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Field Service)

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with 15+ years in IT, specializing in large-scale ERP implementations, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Field Service. This is a key leadership role overseeing the migration from legacy systems to modern SaaS-based solutions while ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business transformation.

The Role:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation programs, managing scope, timelines, cost, and quality.
• Drive Agile and fixed-price project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and risk mitigation.
• Oversee cutover planning, rollback strategies, business continuity (BCP), and major Go-Lives.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels, including steering committees.
• Implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms for tracking project performance.
• Spearhead organizational change management to drive adoption and transformation.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in leading large ERP transformations, ideally with Microsoft D365 Business Central & Field Service.
• Strong background in Agile delivery & fixed-price project management.
• Expertise in risk and issue management, governance, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP) and project planning tools.
