£13 per hour Weekdays and £14 per hour weekends

Are you a driver with a passion for helping others live independently? We're looking for a Temporary Outreach Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities in their own homes across Bristol.

About the Role:
You'll be working closely with three individuals, providing 1:1 support to help them live fulfilling, independent lives. This includes:

  • Assisting with daily activities such as shopping and cooking
  • Providing support at appointments and community activities
  • Encouraging and enabling independent living skills
  • Building positive relationships and promoting choice and dignity

What we need from you:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities (preferred)
  • A patient, person-centred approach
  • Reliability and a can-do attitude
