Position:

Location: Remote*

Salary: £33,000

Duration: FTC for 12 months - 36.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Due to growth, we seek a Digital Content Designer to join our Portfolio & Product team remotely. You will develop outstanding curriculum and content across Paragon Skills and the wider Knovia Group, including Babington.

Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, you will collaborate with colleagues to design engaging e-learning content such as videos, PDFs, workbooks, media scripts, and other learning materials for apprenticeships.

The content you create will be vital for delivering impactful and innovative programs, ensuring an excellent teaching and learning experience for every learner.

Note: This role is remote; due to GDPR and safer recruitment practices, you must be based in the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• Use creative skills and digital content expertise to build engaging e-learning materials.
• Utilize tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud to create content.
• Ensure all content is inclusive and accessible, adhering to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
• Consider individual learning styles and preferences.
• Create digital content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
• Author and script video content to motivate learners with rich digital resources.
• Design bespoke artwork and content aligned with brand and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

• Experience producing high-quality digital and e-learning content.
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop bespoke content.
• Ability to create media-rich content for online and print media, aligned with assessment criteria.
• Experience embedding wider skills into e-learning resources.
• Knowledge of Ofsted and EIF requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Storyline experience is essential.
