Job Opportunity: Field Service Technician - Dulux Tinting Services

Job Purpose

To provide high-quality support for Dulux Tinting Service equipment, servicing both independent and major national account customers. Responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing colour mixing assets to minimize downtime.

Job Responsibilities

1. Respond to equipment breakdowns.
2. Inspect, diagnose, and test equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and rectify hardware, software, networking, or colourant faults in colour mixing systems.
4. Manage and schedule workload to meet response targets and service agreements.
5. Share findings with colleagues to improve performance.
6. Train customers in the use of colour mixing systems.
7. Follow safety protocols and company processes.

Job Requirements

1. GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science or equivalent.
2. Experience servicing complex electromechanical machinery.
3. Strong customer service commitment.
4. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
5. Full driving license.

Preferred Skills

1. Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Engineering qualification or apprenticeship experience.
4. Problem-solving skills.
