Maintenance Engineer: TXM Recruit is currently recruiting for Mobile Maintenance Engineers to work for one of the UK's leading facilities companies covering the Bournemouth area.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for planned and reactive maintenance at your dedicated sites, carrying out a range of mechanical tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building services.

Duties

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of contact for PPM and reactive work, along with other general building maintenance tasks. Tasks could include repairs to cooling units and AHUs, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF systems, and more. You will also support with general fabric work within the facility, including minor repairs.

Salary & Hours

Salary: £41,209 per annum + door-to-door pay for travel time.

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 1 in 4 weeks on-call with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
