About the role
Working across the breadth of UK Education business functions, and alongside partners in wider Cambridge University Press & Assessment, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of change initiatives through a blend of project, product and change management, business analysis and improvement skills. Your portfolio will adapt throughout the year as priorities evolve, which could include managing business change initiatives to support exams delivery or organisational change.

As a change practitioner with great communication skills, you will partner with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, solve problems, and build connections. You'll help build commitment, unblock challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. You will identify change impacts accurately and employ strategies to ensure that change is sustained and embedded.
Organisation
As an organised project manager, you will effectively monitor progress against plans, track benefits, and manage risks and issues. You'll establish strong governance around your projects and engage effectively with existing governance structures in UK Education and the wider organisation to champion your projects.
