Using your blend of project and change management, business analysis and improvement skills, this is the opportunity to be right in the centre of change in Education.

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

About the role

Working across the breadth of UK Education business functions, and alongside partners in wider Cambridge University Press & Assessment, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of change initiatives through a blend of project, product and change management, business analysis and improvement skills. Your portfolio will adapt throughout the year as priorities evolve, which could include managing business change initiatives to support exams delivery or organisational change.

This is an opportunity to use your passion for change to make a significant contribution to the future success of UK Education. In return, you will be part of a strong, supportive team at the heart of transformation that will support your personal development in change and project management.

We put our teachers and learners at the heart of everything we do. You'll think creatively to find better ways of doing things, identifying and supporting opportunities for improvement based on evidence from our teams.

Collaboration

As a change practitioner with great communication skills, you will partner with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, solve problems, and build connections. You'll help build commitment, unblock challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. You will identify change impacts accurately and employ strategies to ensure that change is sustained and embedded.

Organisation

As an organised project manager, you will effectively monitor progress against plans, track benefits, and manage risks and issues. You'll establish strong governance around your projects and engage effectively with existing governance structures in UK Education and the wider organisation to champion your projects.
