Applicants must meet the criteria set by the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Sales, Purchases, and Re-mortgages
• Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
• New Build & Shared Ownership
• Equity Release Schemes
• New Build and Shared Ownership Sale & Purchases

Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience with:

• Using Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, Online SDLT documents
• Updating panel websites
• Demonstrating technical ability with all conveyancing transactions
• Compliance with anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements, and SRA obligations

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 plus a fantastic array of firm benefits.
