Gigamon is seeking a Director, EMEA Channel Sales to drive overall channel revenue for all products, support, and services. This role involves developing and leveraging a network of channel partners to ensure comprehensive coverage across all focus markets and segments.

What you'll do:
  1. Drive Gigamon Regional Sales leadership, Sales & SE, and marketing teams to ensure awareness and alignment with Gigamon’s channel strategy and philosophy.
  2. Provide input to the corporate education team regarding channel partner enablement and certification programs.
  3. Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the EMEA partner network.
  4. Enhance the strategic value of the Gigamon brand in the market through channel marketing activities and campaigns.
  5. Identify white space opportunities and build pipeline across the region.
  6. Manage the EMEA channel team and national reseller account team.
  7. Leverage internal and external teams to grow revenue and market share.
  8. Collaborate with EMEA channel marketing to design and execute channel programs and campaigns.
  9. Oversee EMEA-wide partner business planning, setting objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
  10. Participate in quarterly business reviews with top partners.
  11. Provide VP WW Channel with critical business visibility and weekly updates.
  12. Understand regional business dynamics and develop localized strategies.
  13. Oversee SFDC for partners and deal registrations regionally.
  14. Build relationships with technology vendors and alliance partners to identify mutual opportunities.
  15. Work collaboratively with partners and the sales team to generate opportunities.
  16. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and technologies.
  17. Prepare presentations, territory plans, and reports.
Who you are:
  • Experienced in managing channel programs and relationships in high-tech products.
  • Knowledge of networking, data center, and security technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to represent Gigamon EMEA.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; high energy, motivated, and self-starting.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% within the territory.
