About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check.

Our stores operate 24/7, offering flexible shift patterns. Weekend work is required, and flexibility with work patterns may be needed. Our in-store pharmacies are popular; you should be warm, friendly, confident discussing health issues, resolving customer problems, and guiding customers to the right products.

You will be responsible for assembling and processing prescriptions accurately, promoting pharmacy services, supporting patient service delivery, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. You will also collect prescriptions from doctors' surgeries and bring them to the store.

We will support your development through accredited courses to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, then training as a Dispensing Assistant to advance your pharmacy career.

About You

You are friendly, organized, and team-oriented, with good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. You enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and providing a great healthcare experience.
