What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer, your work will contribute to multiple teams' goals. You will lead projects, collaborate across teams, and report to managers and group leads to deliver results.

Expectations

Technical Execution

• Improve code structure and architecture, review code, and optimize team project planning, dependencies, and risks.
• Simplify maintenance and operation of production systems, ensuring visibility, operational readiness, and health.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Lead by example in technical execution and foster relationships with other engineering teams.
• Break down complex work, guide design and implementation, influence team roadmaps, and support hiring and team growth.

Desired Experience

• Pride in writing readable, well-designed, and tested software.
• Experience with web applications in any language, with interest in learning Go, Ruby/Rails, Python, Scala, or Rust.
