Job Description

We have an opportunity for a BMS Technical Project Manager to join Honeywell in Bracknell. You will be responsible for delivering projects to our existing customer base, either directly or through contracting routes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering BMS projects; experience in Fire, Security, HVAC, or Integration disciplines is advantageous. Projects should be delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.

A key priority is ensuring the safety of engineering teams and subcontractors by adhering to all relevant Health & Safety protocols. Strong communication, information management, and influencing skills are essential for delivering projects efficiently, maintaining planned gross margins, and leveraging tools, processes, and best practices.

This is a hybrid role, involving 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with travel as required by project demands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver and manage projects on time and within budget, effectively managing risks.

• Ability to gather operational information from multiple sources, recognize trends, and assess risks to minimize issues.
• Resource mobilization skills and experience in developing action plans to achieve results.
