Location: Central London (Site-Based)
Salary: £50,000 - £85,000 (DOE)
Employment Type: Permanent, PAYE
We're representing a well-established BMS contractor known for delivering full end-to-end building management and energy solutions across major commercial and industrial projects. With a strong pipeline of work in Central London, they are now looking to appoint an experienced BMS Project Manager to join their delivery team.
You'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of BMS projects - from design and engineering through to installation, commissioning, and final handover. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage both internal teams and external subcontractors on complex, high-value contracts.
Oversee full project delivery of BMS systems
Lead on-site teams and manage subcontractor performance
Engage directly with clients and consultants to ensure expectations are met
Monitor project progress, commercial performance, and programme compliance
Identify and manage variations and project risks
Handle procurement of materials, labour, and services
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and quality standards
Manage RAMS, progress reports, and commercial forecasting
Proven experience delivering BMS projects, ideally in the commercial/industrial sector
Knowledge of ELVS systems (data, fire, security) is advantageous
Technical background in M&E or building services (HNC or equivalent preferred)
Strong commercial and contractual understanding
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
Competitive salary between £50,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
