Job Description

We offer various agreement options from 8 to 16 hours per week, tailored to your experience and goals. These paid gym hours help you build a client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group classes, and customer service duties. Our teams focus on new member sales, retention, and supporting secondary products to increase profitability. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation is essential. Rapid client growth may allow you to reduce gym floor hours to maximize earnings.

Note: Not all clubs currently offer hourly options; in such cases, freelance options are available.
