We’re working with a leading retailer undergoing significant digital transformation, and they’re on the lookout for an Agile Business Analyst to play a key role in driving change across their customer and supply chain journeys.

The Role

You’ll act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technology teams, delivering clear, actionable insights that shape customer-facing and internal solutions. Working in cross-functional squads, you'll champion Agile practices to ensure fast feedback loops, continual improvement, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and QA to deliver high-impact solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and workshops
• Map and analyse existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation
• Work across customer, e-commerce, supply chain or merchandising workstreams (depending on project needs)

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe)
• Strong retail sector background – ideally with exposure to e-commerce, store operations, POS, or supply chain systems
• Skilled in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Confident writing user stories, use cases, process flows and functional specs
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro or Lucidchart
• Previous work in digital transformation or omnichannel retail programmes
• Agile certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Practitioner)
