About the Role

There's a role for everyone in retail - including leadership. As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximize availability, and drive sales. You will maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met, with a focus on safety and efficiency in back of house areas. The role may require multitasking across store areas. If you're looking to develop in retail, this could be the role for you.

As part of the leadership team, you'll work a three-week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights. You may sometimes be solely responsible for the store, so confidence in overseeing operations is essential.
