About the role
We have a new opportunity for an Agency Management Officer to join our team in Oldham on a full-time permanent basis.
The Agency Management Team is responsible for managing and overseeing schemes where we collaborate with other organizations to deliver services to our customers. Predominantly, this involves our Supported Housing, where the organization is a specialist support provider. Together, we provide specialist housing and support for 1000 vulnerable customers nationwide across various properties. You will be responsible for ongoing contract management, monitoring, and liaison for all agency-managed properties in your area. Occasional travel to support colleagues from our Oldham base may be required. You will ensure that the housing management services provided on our behalf meet standards, that contracts are valid and adhered to, and that properties are compliant and safe for our customers.
