What you'll do

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll ensure guest satisfaction through:

• Checking, coaching, and clear communication with the housekeeping team, being attentive to guest needs and details to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Handling special guest requests, including setup, supplies, furniture arrangement, deep cleaning, and event preparations, primarily fulfilled by you.

Operational hours are shift-based, typically starting as early as 7 am and ending by 11 pm, including coverage for evening shifts.
