Job Description:

Tiger Private is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for a leading fintech company providing premium financial solutions tailored for UHNW and HNW individuals. Our client services focus on high-limit digital transactions, customizable financial management for families and businesses, and exclusive luxury payment solutions.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic sales professional with experience in fintech, private banking, or luxury financial services. The ideal candidate will lead high-value client engagements, develop partnerships, and oversee the sales team to ensure strong market penetration, the person will report directly to the CBDO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the clients sales strategy, focusing on HNW/UHNW clients
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and service excellence.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand our clients reach.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and mentor sales teams, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Market Expansion: Drive growth initiatives in key markets.
  • Travel Requirement: Availability to travel to as needed, with a strong focus on the summer season to capture market opportunities.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in fintech, banking, or luxury financial services.
  • Strong network of HNW/UHNW clients and family offices.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to manage and scale high-performance sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, others) are a plus.

Note: Client portfolio is highly critical.

Remuneration

  • 100 000 EUR
  • Quarterly bonus – Depends on target reaches (TBD)
  • ESOP– After 1 year and proven sells results
