You will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a manager in a Tesco Store, driving service for Britain's shoppers.
  • Applying your skills, experience, and instincts to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading and motivating colleagues, involving community projects, and developing your team.
  • Maximizing sales, impact, presentation, safety, and compliance while managing store operations.
  • Leading from the front, on the store floor with colleagues and customers.

You will need:

  • The attitude, aptitude, and aspiration to be a great retail manager.
  • A passion for retail and putting people first.
  • Strong communication skills, warmth, and leadership qualities.
  • The ability to look ahead, act quickly, thrive on change, and exceed expectations.
