You will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a manager in a Tesco Store, playing a key role in serving Britain’s shoppers better every day.
  • Putting your skills, experience, and instincts to the test by seeking opportunities, improving processes, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Leading by example on the store floor, motivating colleagues, and involving the community in projects.
  • Growing your team by identifying talent and providing feedback and support.
  • Maximising sales, impact, and presentation while ensuring safety and compliance.
