Job description

IQVIA is seeking a passionate and driven National Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow strategic accounts within the wholesale, pharmaceutical, and beauty sectors.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, wholesale, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  4. Achieve or exceed sales targets with key accounts.
  5. Develop promotional plans to expand product range and sales.
  6. Negotiate prime shelf space within key accounts to increase brand awareness.
  7. Participate in meetings, trade shows, and events, including occasional evening and weekend work.
  8. Enhance the e-commerce platform with the E-commerce Manager.
  9. Conduct training programs for pharmacists and staff.
  10. Stay informed about competitor products.
  11. Analyze sales reports to identify business opportunities.
  12. Monitor stock levels in wholesale depots and negotiate ranges.
  13. Coordinate customer service with pre-wholesalers.
  14. Communicate with the retail team to manage issues and opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. A degree in science, business, or pharmacy is preferred.
  2. Successful completion of Professional Selling Skills is preferred.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Minimum of two years of experience managing key accounts.
  5. Industry knowledge is highly valued.
