Operational Risk & Operational Resilience Specialist

Investment Management

Location: Bath (Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)

Join a business that’s ambitious and growing

Following significant recent investment, the firm is looking to strengthen its Risk & Compliance department with several new hires. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business with ambitious growth plans.

You will act as a liaison between 1st and 2nd line, ensuring risk events and breaches are recorded, escalated, and managed effectively. You will produce Risk Management Information, conduct analysis, report findings, and suggest improvements.

You’ll also assist with Business Continuity Planning and Operational Resilience work as needed.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a broad Risk Management role within Financial Services, with a strong understanding of Operational Risk Management. Experience with Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Planning is also desirable.

Previous experience in investment management or wealth management is advantageous but not essential.
