Commercial Manager - Drinks Portfolio - HoReCa

Location: Field based (London and surrounding areas)

Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Commercial Manager to elevate their branded drinks portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading brand builder in the FMCG space.

About the Role

The role focuses on driving new listings, distribution, sales, and profit across the branded drinks portfolio in Hotel Groups, Restaurant & Pub Chains, Cafes, Contract Caterers, and key end-user accounts. The main brand is a premium water product, which will be a high-level focus.

The role will concentrate 100% on unlocking new business within the Greater London area and across the wider UK market.

You will be responsible for delivering against plans within your target customers to achieve listings, distribution, volume, sales, and profit targets.

The successful candidate will leverage their experience, knowledge, and contacts to engage with F&B Managers, Buyers, and decision-makers to increase product listings and secure key contracts in targeted groups and chains.

This is a strategically critical role, working closely with the business owners who have significant ambitions for the brands in the UK market. The individual should demonstrate commercial gravitas and experience in developing and growing drinks brands in the UK and related sectors.
