My client is a leading regional law firm with offices in Surrey is looking for a driven and compassionate Family Solicitor to join their expanding team. With a strong reputation for delivering client-focused legal services, the firm offers a supportive, collaborative culture and genuine prospects for long-term progression.

This is a full-time, permanent role, with the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. You'll be based out of either the Redhill or Horley office—or enjoy the balance of both.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running a diverse caseload including divorce, financial settlements, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements

• Offering practical, empathetic advice to clients at what is often a challenging time in their lives

• Maintaining excellent client communication and managing expectations throughout the process

• Building lasting relationships with clients and professional referrers

• Collaborating closely with your colleagues to deliver a joined-up, high-quality service

• Taking part in business development—whether it’s attending local events or helping shape marketing content

• Keeping on top of legal developments and bringing fresh thinking to how the team operates

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' experience in family law

• Confident in managing a mixed family caseload independently

• Strong communicator—able to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and care

• Focused on delivering excellent client service and building trusted relationships

• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• A team player who enjoys contributing to a shared goal

• Keen to get involved in the wider success of the firm, beyond just your caseload
