We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else’s use of alcohol or drugs.

The vacancy is open to qualified professionals or members of the public with some understanding of substance misuse and is based within the Andover hub for Inclusion Recovery Hampshire.

You will be an integral part of a team, making a real difference to people’s lives and the wider communities we serve.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Providing a range of interventions, care planning, assessments, and supporting service users through their treatment journey and recovery ambitions.
  2. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside prescribers.
  3. Offering health support via testing clinics for blood borne viruses (BBVs).
  4. Embracing the concept of recovery and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week, based at our Andover Service.

Our Commitment

We believe everyone should feel comfortable seeking support for issues related to drugs and alcohol. As a Recovery Worker, you will provide high-quality, inclusive, and non-judgemental support, helping service users develop social networks and skills, and guiding them towards successful reintegration into the community.

We invest heavily in training and development, prioritizing the wellbeing of our staff and service users. Our services are evidence-based, inclusive, and designed in partnership with service users. We are committed to delivering the best possible care and invite you to join our team if you share our values.
