A leading law firm is seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their growing team. The role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, and a flexible schedule. You will manage a full caseload of Personal Injury claims, providing expert legal advice and attending court as needed. Personal Injury Solicitor- 5 years PQE
Full time, permanent (37.5hrs)
Flexi time & Hybrid working
Salary dependant on PQE

We are seeking a highly experienced Solicitor to join our client’s Personal Injury team due to growth within the business.

Main duties:

• Manage a full caseload of Personal Injury claims from inception to conclusion.
• Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to gather evidence and develop case strategies.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients.
• Attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, pleadings, and expert reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and medical issues and developments.
• Support senior colleagues with complex and high-value claims, assisting in delivering excellent client service

What we need from you:

• 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor
• Extensive PI experience.
• Autonomous and self sufficient.
• Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.
• Strong technical and IT skills.
