HDR Solicitor- 5 years PQE
Full time, permanent (37.5hrs)
Flexi time & Hybrid working
Salary dependant on PQE

We are seeking a highly experienced Solicitor to join our client’s HDR team due to growth within the business.

Main duties:

• Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence HDR claims from inception to conclusion.
• Assess prospects and prepare letters of claim.
• Prepare surveyors instructions.
• Prepare claim documents and proceedings.
• Liaise with counsel and any other third parties involved in an efficient and professional manner.
• Attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, pleadings, and expert reports.
• Support senior colleagues assisting in delivering excellent client service

What we need from you:

• 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor
• Extensive HDR experience.
• Autonomous and self sufficient.
• Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.
• Strong technical and IT skills.
