About the Role

As a Valuer, you'll be the face of the organisation in your area. Your responsibilities will include carrying out property valuations, building lasting relationships with customers, and helping sellers achieve the best possible outcome from their move.

Your day-to-day will include:

1. Carrying out accurate and well-researched market appraisals
2. Winning new instructions by showcasing our market-leading services
3. Building strong relationships with vendors
4. Offering advice on the best marketing strategies for each property
5. Collaborating closely with our sales and lettings teams to ensure smooth customer journeys

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator ready to progress
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Local market knowledge or the motivation to develop it quickly
• Self-motivation, drive, and a positive, proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
