This is a fixed term contract or secondment opportunity for 18 months

Accountabilities

• Manage projects contributing to ECC’s strategic aims, delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
• Manage daily project operations and team.
• Develop and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational expectations.
• Lead and motivate teams, providing coaching and development.
• Define benefits and metrics, design project plans, and ensure impact.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Implement change management and ensure governance frameworks are followed.
• Engage with stakeholders internally and externally.
