We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated consultant to fulfil the role of Associate Director or Director, working as part of our senior leadership team to lead and support high quality service delivery with our clients and to develop and grow our team. The role will focus principally on developing consultancy products and leading delivery of high-quality services for Defence / Public sector real estate clients, while recruiting, leading and developing a team of consultants to fulfil these roles.

Proven leadership skills, coupled to integrity and a team-focused working ethos, are essential qualities. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
Professionally qualified member of a recognised institution.
Impact and influence, conceptual and analytical thinking, developing others, team leadership, subject expertise, organisational awareness, and sound administrative skills.
Experience of working in public and private/commercial sectors delivering transformational change in major programmes.
Business development experience, in the context of identifying and winning opportunities with existing as well as new clients.
Good working knowledge of relevant legislation issues.
Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and matrix management organisations on major projects and programmes.
Excellent communication skills, including writing and presentation skills – including the ability to communicate with clients and other key stakeholders on global, national, and regional issues.
Able to build strong, professional client relationships and proactively identify and resolve clients’ issues.
Experience of people management, line-management of a team of different grades, including talents, development plans, recruitment, and growing a successful team.
Confident leading and working alone or as part of a team, with the ability to adapt as required.
Attention to detail in service delivery, communications, and ways of working effectively with others.
