Job Opportunity: QC Raw Materials Sampling Scientist

Slough, Berkshire | Monday–Friday, 37.5 hrs/week | 6-month contract | Inside IR35

Are you early in your QC or lab career and ready to step into a more responsible role in a fast-paced GMP environment? Our client is looking for a QC Raw Materials Sampling Scientist to join their on-site team in Slough.

This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience in a cleanroom setting, develop your technical skills, and take ownership of key sampling responsibilities—all while working with a supportive and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing:

• Sampling and handling raw materials in a GMP cleanroom
• Maintaining sampling areas, equipment, and records to high standards
• Coordinating with Warehouse, Supply Chain and Procurement
• Supporting internal audits and compliance activities
• Training and mentoring more junior team members
• Working with electronic systems and GMP documentation

What we're looking for:

• A-Level (required) or degree-level education in Chemistry or related field (preferred)
• Some lab or QC experience in a GMP environment
• A flexible team player with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working aseptically and in a cleanroom environment
