Role Overview:

This role is perfect for someone who is excited to work remotely in the EMEA region, supporting the marketing team in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns, managing budgets, and utilizing automation and AI to enhance paid performance. You will play an important role in developing Canditalent’s adtech stack and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns across various platforms.
• Monitor and manage paid performance and budgets.
• Use automation and AI to drive improvements in paid performance.
• Develop and refine Canditalent’s adtech stack to industry-leading standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency with ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns and A/B testing.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• A growth mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Interest in the latest trends in marketing technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
