Salary: £13.50ph, overtime £20.25ph

Responsibilities of the Role

• Working in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobs
• Working safely at height daily
• Cladding, commercial, traditional, and industrial roofing maintenance
• Guttering repairs and replacement
• Flexibility with working hours, including working away, early starts, late finishes, and some weekends as required
• Availability to be on call on a rota basis
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pride in workmanship and accountability
• Using portable devices for dynamic risk assessments and reporting on completed works

Preferred but Not Essential Requirements

• IPAF (1b, 3a, eb)
• CSCS labourer or skilled worker
• PASMA
• Driving Licence
• First aid certification
• NVQ in Slating & Tiling or Sheeting & Cladding
• Experience in reactive building maintenance, including leaks, pitched roofing, guttering, etc.
