Responsibilities of the role:

• Working in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobs
• Working safely at height daily
• Cladding, Commercial, Traditional & Industrial Roofing maintenance
• Guttering repairs and replacements
• Flexibility with working hours, including working away, early starts, late finishes, and some weekends
• On-call availability on a rota basis
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pride in workmanship and accountability
• Using portable devices for risk assessments and reporting

Minimum requirements (not essential):

• IPAF (1b, 3a, eb)
• CSCS card (labourer or skilled worker)
• PASMA qualification
• Driving Licence
• First aid certification
• NVQ in Slating & Tiling / Sheeting & Cladding
• Experience in reactive building maintenance, including leaks, pitched roofing, guttering, and flat roofing
