Job Summary

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers. Exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Stay informed of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  1. Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancing Comcast's brand presence.
  2. Maintain sales records and prepare activity reports.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast experience.
  4. Drive new sales of Comcast Internet, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-sized businesses.
  5. Generate leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships.
  6. Focus on advanced solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  7. Identify areas for improvement through a consultative approach to enhance communication effectiveness for clients.
  8. Manage a high-activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
  9. Collaborate with technical and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  10. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  11. Stay knowledgeable about Comcast products and services to facilitate sales.
  12. Achieve and surpass sales and quality objectives.
  13. Adhere to company standards and maintain professionalism.
  14. Attend punctually and consistently.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Total Target Compensation (Base + Commission): $106,212.00
