The Dermatology Partnership, now part of Bupa Health Services, is dedicated to delivering high-quality dermatological services. We prioritize patient-centered care, striving for clinical excellence and building trust through professional service.

As a Receptionist, you will manage the clinic's reception, ensuring friendly, efficient, and professional service. You will support the daily operations of the clinic, working closely with The Dermatology Partnership, Central Bookings, and Central Admin Team.

Join our South Oxford clinic in Wootton, where you'll be part of a skilled, supportive team known for excellence. We offer the latest dermatological treatments and technology in a welcoming environment. Role Responsibilities:

  • Set up clinics, check in patients, manage appointments, and prepare clinic rooms.
  • Print schedules, prescriptions, post letters, and handle documentation and referral/charge sheets accurately.
  • Assist with administrative needs of doctors and nurses, including prescriptions and queries.
  • Understand patient processes, handle payments, deposits, refunds, and liaise with the bookings team.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks, including referrals, documentation, and end-of-day duties.
