LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments, is now seeking a Town Planner with experience to join a reputable and thriving Planning Team. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit, well-respected, and successful team.

Based in Garforth, East Leeds, you should already have some experience working as a Town Planner, in either a private or public sector setting, and be suitably qualified academically.

About the role:
  1. Manage planning project work in-house as part of the team, including initial site appraisals and evaluation.
  2. Prepare written reports and statements and submit all planning application documentation.
  3. Meet and negotiate with Planning Officers and other parties involved in the planning process.
  4. Participate in Planning Committee and Appeal situations as required.
  5. Take ownership of projects; some planning experience within local authority or private sector is necessary.
About you:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Planning role.
  • High standards of written and verbal communication.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and a genuine team player.
  • Keen interest in the full land and planning process.
  • Full UK driving licence.
