Business Consultant – Digital Transformation | AEC / Manufacturing

We’re partnering with a global technology-driven organisation looking to hire a Business Consultant to support their continued growth across construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

This is a high impact, client facing role ideal for someone with strong pre sales or solution consulting experience who enjoys shaping complex transformation plans and influencing decision makers.

What you'll do

1. Partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs and build compelling solution strategies
2. Design and present tailored transformation proposals aligned to customer goals
3. Respond to RFIs and RFPs and support bids with strong technical and business justification
4. Deliver product demonstrations, customer workshops, and thought leadership in your domain
5. Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to support market positioning

What we're looking for

1. Strong experience in software or digital solution environments, ideally within AEC, construction tech, or manufacturing
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills from technical users to C suite
3. Demonstrated ability to translate customer challenges into actionable solution designs
4. Experience working with platforms such as CAD, BIM, PLM, or other industry specific tools is a major plus
5. Comfortable working cross functionally and operating in a fast moving, customer centric culture
6. Fluent in English, additional languages are a bonus
7. Willingness to travel as required
