• 8pm-8am shifts

This stunning 53-bed home opened just 2 years ago and offers state-of-the-art facilities, including a coffee shop/bistro, hair & nail salon, separate dining and lounge areas, and landscaped gardens. We also provide exceptional standards of care supported by the latest care planning and nurse-call technology.

At Ribble Court, we offer high-quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors, maintaining a person-centred approach based on the individual needs and wishes of our residents.

As a Care Assistant at our home, your responsibilities may include:

• Completing necessary training
• Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, eating, and daily activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Encouraging residents to live enriched and fulfilling lives based on their hobbies, preferences, and abilities
• Maintaining high standards within the care environment
• Working flexibly as part of a team to meet residents' needs

*Overtime is paid for hours worked beyond full-time hours. Overtime enhancements are not guaranteed and can be withdrawn at management's discretion.
