The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread real estate articles, blog posts, and property listings for grammar, clarity, SEO, and style.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and SEO specialists to enhance content effectiveness.
• Maintain and update existing content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Format and upload content into CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Ensure all content aligns with Precondo’s tone, style, and editorial standards.
• Stay current on SEO best practices and real estate trends.

Ideal Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Content Marketing or Writing within the Real Estate industry.
• Ability to develop engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Creative marketing professional with a strong content creation and writing background.
• Excellent English writing skills to meet business requirements in English markets.
• Good multitasker capable of working within tight deadlines.
• Experience within the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality work delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
