We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual to join our dedicated team as the Headteachers Personal Assistant (PA).
As the Headteachers PA, you will play a key role in supporting the Headteachers daily operations, ensuring their time is managed effectively, and acting as a first point of contact for staff, parents, and external stakeholders. You will need to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Headteacher, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
Handle sensitive correspondence and confidential information with discretion.
Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Headteacher, acting as a professional point of contact.
Manage and prioritize day-to-day tasks, responding to requests and ensuring smooth operations within the school.
Support the Headteacher in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Organize events and activities, including school visits, assemblies, and conferences.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in an administrative or PA role, preferably within an educational setting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.
A proactive, flexible, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
