Job description

An experienced Conveyancing Executive is required to join a highly successful firm of Solicitors and take control of the residential conveyancing side of the business.

Some of your duties will include:

1. Managing a portfolio of conveyancing cases from instigation stage to completion
2. Administering the sale or purchase of freehold and leasehold residential properties
3. Conducting title checks, reviewing legal documents and identifying any potential issues
4. Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements and other property documents
5. Corresponding with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements including AML
