Our Bakers play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty treats, ensuring food hygiene, and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

1. Preparing a range of bakery items to a high quality, including bakery to go for the food hall.
2. Ensuring operations are compliant with statutory requirements such as health & safety and food hygiene.
3. Working alongside the restaurant team to ensure customers are presented with their items to a high standard.
4. Developing knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, and health & safety.

2. A team player and confident communicator eager to learn new skills and gain experience.
3. Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
4. Experience working as a Baker with successful volume production.
5. Excellent organizational skills with enthusiasm to perform well.
6. Relevant food safety qualifications are a plus.
