Job Title: Baker

Location: Rugby

Working Hours:

6am-2pm, but may vary due to requirements.

Salary:

Starting at £12.60 per hour.

Job Description:

Join our client, a busy wholesale craft bakery located in the heart of Rugby. We are looking for a skilled baker to support our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Weigh out quantities of ingredients.
2. Follow recipes accurately.
3. Bake products in batches using industrial ovens (revent ovens experience is a plus).
4. Conduct quality checks.
5. Understand and perform all aspects of a baker’s role.
6. Prepare recipes according to schedule.
7. Maintain hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Food hygiene certificate is essential.
• Flexible approach towards work.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Respectful, honest, and pride in your work with a continuous improvement mindset.
