Job Description

We are the UK's leading specialist fitness and leisure recruitment agency. We are currently looking for a highly creative and driven Marketing Manager to oversee our group-wide marketing efforts across our growing network of fitness clubs—currently four locations, with a fifth opening later this year.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and knows how to keep a brand’s presence fresh, engaging, and consistent. You will take over an existing strong marketing presence and have the opportunity to own and elevate our marketing strategy across digital platforms and in-person experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Oversee content strategy and scheduling for group-level Instagram and LinkedIn pages; create and manage monthly content calendars; support local teams with site-specific Instagram Stories and DMs; explore new platforms like TikTok, Facebook, or emerging channels.
• Content Creation & Branding: Develop and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand identity; bring fresh ideas; ensure visual and tonal consistency across all marketing materials.
• Local Marketing & Events: Collaborate with site teams to develop club-specific marketing initiatives; plan and promote local events and community partnerships; attend and support events as needed; monitor performance metrics; report insights; stay updated on industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation, preferably within fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
• Creative skills in photo/video editing, writing, etc.
• Proactive attitude and confidence in testing new strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to travel between club locations and attend events, including evenings or weekends.
• Ability to choose a 'home' club base.
• Flexible working hours as campaigns or events require.
