Marketing Manager - Multi-site Fitness Brand

Location: London, Surrey, Sussex (based from home with occasional travel between sites)

We’re seeking a highly creative and driven Marketing Manager to oversee marketing efforts across our network of fitness clubs — currently four locations, with a fifth opening later this year.

This role is hands-on, suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep our brand engaging and consistent. You’ll manage existing marketing strategies and have the opportunity to develop and implement new initiatives across digital and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Manage content strategy and scheduling for group Instagram and LinkedIn pages
• Create monthly content calendars
• Support local teams with site-specific Instagram Stories and DMs
• Explore new platforms like TikTok and Facebook

Content Creation & Branding:

• Develop creative campaigns aligned with brand identity
• Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all materials

Local Marketing & Events:

• Collaborate with site teams on marketing initiatives
• Plan and promote local events and community partnerships
• Attend events as needed, including evenings and weekends
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors
