About The Role: We’re seeking a Digital PR Lead to shape and scale our media presence and digital campaigns. You will manage online coverage, grow our backlinks, mentions, and press coverage in top-tier and niche media, enhancing our domain authority and personal branding efforts.

This role supports remote work with flexible hours, primarily aligning with UK time zones, with occasional meetings with North American teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise data-driven outreach campaigns with pre-considered angles
  • Create 3-6 month campaign plans across relevant niches
  • Build outreach lists and leverage networks for coverage
  • Coordinate with in-house editors for expert commentary
  • Identify journalist requests on social media and tools
  • Act as PR contact for journalists and editorial team
  • Collaborate on campaign ideas and outreach strategies

Success metrics:

  • Number of links and brand mentions achieved
  • Number of campaigns published monthly

Required skills:

  • Proven ability to earn links and coverage through ongoing PR activities
  • Ability to generate reactive and proactive PR opportunities
  • Craft compelling, personalized pitches
  • Experience with Digital PR tools and techniques
  • Track record of content campaigns that earned links
  • Building outreach lists and securing coverage
  • Active engagement in platforms where journalists seek expert commentary
  • Strategic timing and campaign planning skills
  • Follow-up skills to convert mentions into links
  • Experience with brands in professional services and the world of work
  • Ability to analyze and report campaign success

Nice to have:

  • SaaS or B2B brand experience
  • Experience managing and training junior team members

This full-time remote position offers an annual salary of £30,000 to £45,000 GBP, plus discretionary bonuses and benefits. Salary ranges are indicative and based on UK market data, with adjustments for candidates outside the UK or at different seniority levels.
